What’s your return policy?

Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

How will my order be packaged?

Each piece arrives in our signature Hope & Raye packaging, complete with a soft pull-out box, care card, and complimentary polishing cloth—ready to gift or keep.

Will my jewelry tarnish?

No! Because Hope & Raye jewelry is made with gold-filled components (not gold-plated), your pieces are highly resistant to tarnishing, fading, and wear. Gold-filled jewelry contains 100x more gold than gold-plated pieces and won't chip, flake, or tarnish under normal wear.

Can I request a custom length or design?

Yes. We offer customizations on select pieces—including clasp upgrades, alternate lengths, and special orders for events. Visit our CUSTOM ORDERS page to submit a request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping timelines vary depending on the piece and the order. Most products ship within 5–7 business days, but please note that we ship via USPS, and occasional carrier delays may occur. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your piece is on its way.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes — we offer bespoke design services including alternate gemstones, lengths, and special requests. Email us at bespoke@hopeandraye.com to inquire about a custom design.

How should I care for my jewelry?

To extend the life of your piece, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in the velvet pouch provided, and refer to the care card included with each order.

Is your jewelry handmade?

Yes. Every Hope & Raye piece is individually made by hand and made-to-order— no two are exactly alike. We don't use mass production methods.

Where is Hope & Raye located?

Hope & Raye is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship via USPS in the USA. Custom orders are shipped via UPS. If you are not located in the USA, please send us an email at hello@hopeandraye.com- we may be able to ship to you on a case-by-case-basis.

Unless otherwise noted, all Hope & Raye jewelry is crafted with high-quality gold-filled components. Most pendants and findings follow this standard. In some designs, select specialty elements may feature alternative finishes, which will always be clearly listed in the product description.
