What materials do you use?
All Hope & Raye jewelry is crafted with gold-filled components, hand-selected gemstones, and high-quality findings. We don’t use plated or base metals—each piece is designed to last and wear beautifully over time.
Will my jewelry tarnish?
Gold-filled jewelry is highly durable and resistant to tarnishing with proper care. We recommend removing pieces before swimming, showering, or applying lotions or perfumes to preserve their finish.
Can I request a custom length or design?
Yes. We offer customizations on select pieces—including clasp upgrades, alternate lengths, and special orders for events. Visit our /custom-orders page to learn more and submit a request.
Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes. We occasionally open limited pre-orders for select collections. When available, pre-order items will be noted on the product page or homepage. To stay updated on early access and future drops, we recommend signing up for email updates.
What’s your return policy?
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
How will my order be packaged?
Each piece arrives in our signature Hope & Raye packaging, complete with a soft pull-out box, care card, and complimentary polishing cloth—ready to gift or keep.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping timelines vary depending on the piece and the order. Most products ship within 5–7 business days, but please note that we ship via USPS, and occasional carrier delays may occur. You’ll receive tracking information via email as soon as your piece is on its way.
Is your jewelry made with solid gold?
All pieces are made using gold-filled materials, not solid gold. Gold-filled jewelry contains a thick, bonded layer of real gold over a durable base—designed to offer the look and lasting quality of solid gold, at a more approachable price. For full transparency: all product descriptions clearly indicate when an item is gold-filled.
Where is Hope & Raye located?
Hope & Raye is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Every piece is thoughtfully handcrafted by our founder, with an emphasis on timeless design and quality.
What materials do you use?
We use genuine, natural gemstones and premium gold-filled accents and clasps. Each design is made to layer, made to last, and never plated.
Is your jewelry handmade?
Yes. Every Hope & Raye piece is individually made by hand — no two are exactly alike. We don’t use mass production methods, allowing for intentional craftsmanship and one-of-a-kind details.
How should I care for my jewelry?
To extend the life of your piece, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in the velvet pouch provided, and refer to the care card included with each order.
What is your return policy?
All sales are final due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces. If you receive a damaged item or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 3 days of delivery.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes — we offer limited customizations, such as alternate gemstones, lengths, or special requests. To inquire about a bespoke design, please email us at bespoke@hopeandraye.com. You can read more about this on ( add bespoke page info page here)
