Hope and Raye – Shipping Policy

We take great care in packaging and shipping your handcrafted jewelry to ensure it arrives safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping methods, and responsibilities.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces may take additional time. If applicable, estimated production times will be noted on the product page.
  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Methods & Rates

Our team ships from Atlanta, GA Monday-Friday.  If orders are placed after 12pm EST, please add an additional day. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

We offer Standard Shipping: $5 or Free with orders over $250


3. Domestic & International Shipping

  • Currently we only ship within USA

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates after your order has shipped.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

  • Hope and Raye is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit.
  • If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please:
    • Check with neighbors or household members.
    • Contact the shipping carrier for assistance.
    • If necessary, file a missing package claim with the carrier.

6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address is entered and your order has not yet shipped, contact us at care@hopeandraye.com as soon as possible.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

7. Shipping Delays

  • We do our best to ship orders on time, but unexpected delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions.
  • If you experience a significant delay, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you need further assistance, email us at care@hopeandraye.com.
