Each piece at Hope & Raye is thoughtfully handcrafted and individually made to order. Due to the unique nature of our crafting process and the use of natural gemstones, no two designs are exactly alike, and variations in shape, color, and size are to be expected. All Hope & Raye pieces are crafted with intention and built to last, and they are not expected to break with regular wear.
Returns and Refunds
As each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. All sales are final.
Custom and personalized pieces are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.
Exceptions
We will only consider a return or exchange in the following situations:

The item arrives with a significant craftsmanship issue.

The item was damaged during shipping.

You received an incorrect item.
To be considered for an exception, you must email care@hopeandraye.com within 7 business days of delivery. Your request must include a clear photo of the issue, and the item must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Repairs
Complimentary Repairs We offer complimentary repairs for any craftsmanship defects that are reported within 30 days of delivery. Proof of purchase from hopeandraye.com is required.
Lifetime Repairs We understand that life happens. For issues that arise from normal wear and tear, we offer paid repairs for the lifetime of your piece.
