At Hope & Raye, every piece of our handcrafted jewelry is made to order with meticulous care, making each design a unique work of art. Due to the bespoke nature of our process and the natural variations in gemstones, no two pieces are identical. Our commitment is to deliver exceptional quality you can trust.

While we do not accept returns on custom-made jewelry, we stand firmly behind our craftsmanship. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during shipping, we are here to make it right.

Our Craftsmanship Warranty

We offer complimentary repairs for any craftsmanship defects reported within 30 days of delivery. This warranty ensures your new Hope & Raye design is free from faults in its construction. Proof of purchase is required to be eligible for this service.

Returns for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Should your piece arrive with a craftsmanship issue or damage from shipping, please contact our customer care team at care@hopeandraye.com within 7 days of delivery.

To expedite a jewelry replacement or repair, please include:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Photos documenting the damage or defect.

Our team will promptly review your request and provide the next steps. To be eligible, the item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Jewelry Repair Services

For issues that arise after 30 days, or for damage resulting from normal wear and tear (such as a bent ring or a broken chain), we offer paid jewelry repair services. Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis to ensure fair and reasonable costs.

To inquire about a repair, please email care@hopeandraye.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. Please note that customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with repairs.

Important Policy Details

  • All custom and personalized jewelry pieces are final sale and not eligible for a return or refund. Production begins immediately after your order is placed, so please double-check all details before purchasing.
  • This policy applies only to items purchased directly from hopeandraye.com. Pieces bought from third-party retailers are subject to their own return and repair policies.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
